3nethra Ultima is a compact, multifunctional digital fundus imaging system designed to deliver high-resolution retinal and anterior-segment imaging with advanced AI-powered analysis. With a 20 MP imaging sensor, support for both mydriatic and non-mydriatic imaging, and integrated clinical analysis capabilities, it provides a versatile solution for modern ophthalmic practices.

Its advanced capabilities extend beyond retinal imaging to include non-contact dry eye and corneal assessment, making 3nethra Ultima a comprehensive platform for efficient ocular screening and diagnostic evaluation.

Capture highly detailed images of the retina and anterior segment with a 20-megapixel CMOS sensor for enhanced visualization and clinical assessment. 


Mydriatic & Non-Mydriatic Imaging

Provides the flexibility to perform retinal imaging with or without pupil dilation, supporting diverse clinical workflows and patient requirements. 


Wide Field Imaging with Montage

A standard 45° field of view can be expanded to 75° through montage, enabling broader retinal assessment and visualization of peripheral regions. The system also supports 105° montage with internal fixation according to the manufacturer's specifications.


HDR Imaging

High Dynamic Range imaging enhances visualization of fine retinal details, including areas around the optic disc and peripheral retina.

The optional Dry Eye Diagnostic Module enables non-contact ocular surface assessment, including:
