• We accept payments via Net Banking/ Online and UPI.
• Orders will only be processed after successful payment.

• Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors. 
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or force majeure events.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Replacements are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects, reported within [7] days of delivery (Replacement shall be done directly by the OEM).
• No return of the product will be accepted once sold.
• No order cancellation will be accepted once the material is dispatched.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging.
• No returns on consumables, custom orders, or opened sterile items.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within [7–14] business days after approval for cancelled orders.
